The Cloud Platform Engineer will lead efforts to deliver the Flyways AI Platform, deploying and maintaining services in a secure cloud infrastructure while collaborating with product engineers to enhance software solutions.

Responsibilities
You will lead high-stake efforts to deliver the Flyways AI Platform to our government customers
You’ll deploy, scale, and maintain our services in a secure cloud infrastructure
You’ll spend your time coding software solutions alongside our product engineers, from adding new features to integrating new data sources that amplify the value our products deliver to the warfighter
Qualification
Required
Ability to maintain and grow our infrastructure stack (AWS, K8s, Docker, Terraform, Helm)
Deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines
Experience with managing large-scale and complex systems
Experience with writing production code in Python
Advanced knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and an OO Language along with AWS, PostgreSQL, Helm, Terraform, Python 3, Grafana
Proficient in leveraging modern LLM tools to accelerate development workflows and enhance code quality
An aptitude to lead and work independently
Ability to collaborate with others across multiple teams
Ability to travel
Flexibility to adjust to changing business priorities
