Senior LevelMDAEdge is seeking a UX Specialist who will be responsible for conducting complex operational analyses and leading project teams. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to conduct research, define requirements, and design solutions while applying an existing design system using Figma.

Responsibilities
Conduct complex operational analyses to support decision-making
Lead medium to large project teams
Review and approve findings for presentation to senior management
Perform statistical analyses as part of research work
Direct, mentor, and coach junior analysts
Collaborate with product leaders, stakeholders, and end-users to conduct research, define requirements, design solutions, and hand off to development teams
Apply and extend an existing design system using Figma
Qualification
Required
Must be available to work 100% onsite in Jupiter West, FL
Experience in both UX research and UX design
Strong experience using Figma
Preferred
Exposure to AI-related use cases such as classification, reinforcement learning, and large language models (LLMs)
