Responsibilities

Optimize inventory levels: Working with the materials management team, you are responsible for determining and tracking optimal inventory levels, taking into account the turnover rate and shrinkage. Set proper buffer level based on material classification

Capacity Planning and Analysis: Analyzes production capacities, machine time, and human resources to ensure production needs are met in both the long and short term

Order and Production Tracking: Responsible for tracking current orders and production statuses, analyzing discrepancies, and taking necessary corrective actions

Manage objectives and KPIs: Responsible for setting, tracking, and reporting department-related performance indicators (e.g., OTD – on-time delivery, inventory turnover, capacity utilization)

Team Leadership: Manages the planning team, coordinates tasks on a daily basis, sets goals, and conducts regular performance reviews. Promotes team development and supports internal collaboration
