Required

Valid TWIC badge, OSHA 10, and DBIDS certifications or the ability to obtain them upon hire (financial support provided)

3+ years of commercial fence estimating experience, including the ability to interpret site plans and drawings

Project management experience in fencing, landscaping, commercial construction, or a related field

Ability to complete documentation required for military base work (e.g., AHA risk assessments)

Proficiency with computers, digital tools, online plan rooms, and takeoff software

Strong attention to detail and time‑management skills; ability to manage multiple concurrent projects

Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate with crews, clients, and vendors

High school diploma

Preferred
