This role will oversee brewing operations, recipe execution, quality control, and team leadership as the brewery continues to expand its footprint in the regional and national markets.

Responsibilities
Lead all brewing operations from raw material intake through finished product
Manage production schedules and ensure consistency, efficiency, and adherence to quality standards
Oversee cellar, packaging, and quality assurance programs
Maintain and optimize automated processes, ensuring operational reliability
Manage, train, and mentor brewing and production staff
Work with leadership to evaluate and support opportunities for growth, including potential product line extensions
Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and industry best practices
Collaborate cross-functionally with all departments
Qualification
Required
7+ years of progressive brewing experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role at production scale
Strong technical brewing knowledge with formal education or certifications preferred (UC Davis, Siebel, IBD, or equivalent)
Demonstrated experience with automated brewing systems and process controls
Proven track record of team leadership and mentoring
Strong grasp of quality assurance, safety, and regulatory compliance
Strategic mindset with the ability to support future product and market expansion initiatives
