This role involves remotely supporting customers as a trusted advisor and helping them securely implement products while providing training and consultation on feature adoption.

Responsibilities
This role is an SME remotely supporting the customer and viewed as a trusted advisor
This contract will start out with a 12-month duration however it is not uncommon for these engagements to be extended
Product Training- We are a product-based company that offers training on our various products and services that set you up for success
In addition, we offer our subcontractors the chance to acquire certifications such as PCNSC, PCNSA, PCCSA as an example
You are the front line of defense and often EEC’s feel a ton of pressure from the customer
We have overcome this by providing the EEC with multiple channels of communication geared at getting answers quickly and accurately
The role of the EEC is to help our customer securely implement our products and become a consultant or Trusted Advisor in feature adoption as well as expansion
The overall strategy is to have the best and most secure customers

Required
Prisma SD-WAN - ION/Cloudgenix
BGP Routing
Wildfire/Malware Analysis, DNS Security
SaaS Security (Inline CASB) SSL/TLS Decryption, Decryption Policy
