Leads projects or processes of diverse scope, while working independently with limited supervision
Coaches and reviews the work of lower level professionals
Supports continuous improvement/automation activities
Uses advanced analytical/technical problem solving to develop new solutions to existing problems/procedures
Supports relationships through strong communication and negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Leads projects or processes of diverse scope, while working independently with limited supervision
Coaches and reviews the work of lower level professionals
Supports continuous improvement/automation activities
Uses advanced analytical/technical problem solving to develop new solutions to existing problems/procedures
Supports relationships through strong communication and negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders
Total Years of Experience in Health & Safety
Experience in Manufacturing / Industrial Environment
Experience Leading EHS Projects or Programs
Experience with OSHA / EPA Regulations
Experience with Risk Assessments, Incident Investigations, or Safety Audits
Familiar with ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 / OHSAS Standards
Experience Coaching or Mentoring Junior EHS Professionals
Hands-on Experience with Safety Data Management Systems (e.g., Enablon, VelocityEHS, etc.)
Strong Written & Verbal Communication Skills
Current Certifications (e.g., CSP, CHST, CIH)
Experience Supporting Continuous Improvement / Lean Initiatives
