Responsibilities
Identify, design, and close strategic partnerships with corporations, business chambers, universities & institutions, government & NGOs, and technology partners
Develop B2B and institutional business opportunities across LATAM
Lead consultative sales processes from discovery to closing
Build tailored value proposals related to AI adoption, workforce upskilling, and social-impact programs
Manage and grow partner relationships to ensure long-term success
Collaborate closely with marketing, product & academic teams, and sales leadership
Represent Nebius Academy at meetings with executives & stakeholders, webinars, conferences & industry events
Maintain an organized pipeline and performance reporting
Contribute strategically to regional expansion initiatives
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in Business Development, Partnerships/Alliances, B2B Sales, or Consulting
Strong business networking abilities with the capacity to engage confidently with C-level executives, HR leaders, and innovation stakeholders
Excellent negotiation skills and demonstrated ability to close complex deals
Entrepreneurial mindset with high autonomy and leadership capabilities
Passionate about education, technology, AI transformation, and social & economic progress
Curious learner with a commitment to continuous improvement
Strong team collaboration skills and professional integrity
Strategic thinker who is also hands-on and execution-oriented
Purpose-driven professional with strong interpersonal skills
Preferred
Regional LATAM experience is a plus
Excellent communication skills in Spanish (English strongly preferred)
