Ensures patient-centered care by maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations, adhering to Journey’s policies and standards, and leading quality assurance and process improvement programs
Oversees workforce management, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management, while ensuring budgetary stewardship and effective business operations planning
Builds partnerships through business development meetings, fosters active community involvement, and supports center participation in healthcare associations at local and state levels
Qualification
Required
Must be a licensed Nursing Home Administrator according to state regulation and must attend continuing education as required
Preferred
BS/BA Degree from an Accredited College in Healthcare Administration or related healthcare field preferred
