Responsibilities

Become part of our team as a hybrid remote/on-site Civil Engineer (EIT) in Boise, ID is excited about working on projects that enable the heart of our clients’ business. Join us and you’ll have the chance to work on projects including advanced semiconductor manufacturing and other state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities

In this role, you’ll be hands-on from day one—developing design concepts, producing detailed drawings from schematic design through construction documents, and contributing to presentations and client meetings. You’ll dive into site analysis, field measurements, and collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams and consultants to bring bold ideas to life

You’ll also gain valuable experience in construction administration, including site visits and reviewing submittals and RFIs, giving you a well-rounded foundation in project delivery

Required

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering

2+ years of professional experience in Civil engineering and design

Basic experience or familiarity with preparing design drawings across all project phases, from schematic design through construction documentation, including associated project deliverables

Experience in preparation of a range of civil drawings such as site plans, grading plans, paving plans, roads, stormwater drainage and sewer details, and other civil plans/details

Proficient in AutoCAD, AutoCAD Civil 3D, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Suite

Strong communication skills for client meetings and team collaboration

Ability to manage priorities and deadlines

Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Ability to learn and successfully apply company, client, and project drafting standards and procedures

Experience in executing design changes and project drawing revisions

Successfully communicate and correspond with internal design resources
