Administrative Assistant (Temporary)

Nesco Resource is seeking an Administrative Assistant for the upcoming tax season. This temporary position will assist in office operations and support a CPA client by managing client interactions, document management, and general office tasks.

Responsibilities

Answering Phones: Handle incoming calls professionally, direct calls appropriately, and take detailed messages
Client Interaction: Greet clients warmly upon arrival, assist with inquiries, and ensure a positive office experience
Document Management: Scan, file, and organize important documents with accuracy and confidentiality
Data Entry: Input client information into relevant systems with high attention to detail
General Office Support: Assist with mail distribution, office supply management, and other administrative tasks as needed

Microsoft Office SuiteDocument ManagementData EntryMultitasking AbilitiesProfessionalismCommunication SkillsOrganizational Skills

Required

Prior administrative or office experience preferred
Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment (printers, scanners)
Maintain confidentiality and a professional demeanor at all times
