New Grad, Entry LevelNoTraffic is seeking a NOC Operator, an exciting and critical role responsible for monitoring, support, and resolution of hardware and software issues in the field. The NOC Operators act as the first line of defense, ensuring IoT devices across the nation are functioning optimally and working closely with the development team to resolve complex challenges.

Responsibilities
Proactively review devices for health using key performance indicators like uptime, resource allocation, and other critical stats
Respond to alerts and events occurring and provide initial remediation efforts
Monitor live vehicle and pedestrian traffic to ensure optimal service state and identify potential traffic issues
Work on data projects to pull data from databases and understand what is going on
Provide support to NoTraffic clients and partners to facilitate solutions
Owns our incident management and response, engaging with subject matter experts to drive resolution
Creates information-rich tickets to help narrow the scope of troubleshooting, support continual improvement, and enable reporting and analysis of event and incident trends
Drives creation of knowledgebase content, capturing lessons learned and tribal knowledge
Supports deployment, installation, and optimization projects
