Responsibilities
Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and all core Agile ceremonies
Track progress across all developers and maintain clear documentation of tasks, blockers, and timelines
Keep tight control of deadlines and flag risks before they impact delivery
Generate daily progress reports that give leadership a clear snapshot of status and priorities
Ensure strong communication and alignment across product, engineering, and design
Maintain accurate updates in Jira or equivalent task management platforms
Keep sprint boards, backlogs, and roadmaps organised and up to date
Support continuous improvement and help the team enhance efficiency over time
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Scrum Master working with medium to large development teams
Strong hands on experience with platforms such as Jira, ClickUp, Monday, Linear, or similar
Deep understanding of Scrum frameworks and Agile delivery
Background in fast moving environments
Strong communication and documentation skills
Ability to maintain structure, manage deadlines, and keep teams accountable
Someone proactive who can flag risks early and keep momentum high
Preferred
Experience in healthcare, biotech, or regulated industries is a strong advantage
Experience with medical dashboards or healthcare visualization
