Support recruitment activities, including candidate coordination, interview scheduling, and offer documentation
Assist with employee onboarding, offboarding, and HR documentation
Respond to employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and HR procedures
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
Support compliance with federal and state labor laws and company policies
Assist with payroll coordination, benefits administration, and performance tracking
Collaborate with management on HR initiatives and process improvements
Qualification
Required
Prior experience in Human Resources or a related administrative role
Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
Proficiency with HR systems, Microsoft Office, and remote collaboration tools
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Must reside in the United States
Must have a valid U.S. work permit or authorization to work in the U.S
