Understand the differences between a Limited Liability Company and a Corporation
Demonstrate strong knowledge of accounting principles including debits, credits, balance sheets, and income statements
Use financial statements to support tax preparation
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2 years of hands-on bookkeeping/accounting experience (updating QuickBooks or Xero only)
Strong knowledge of accounting principles (debits, credits, assets, liabilities, revenue, and expenses)
Ability to use financial statements to support tax preparation (training available to understand TAX)
Organized, reliable, and eager to learn
Preferred
Experience in understanding how financial statements connect to tax preparation
Full-cycle accounting knowledge
