Process and enter shipment data accurately into internal systems and spreadsheets to maintain up-to-date records
Prepare and manage shipping documentation (e.g., bills of lading, commercial invoices, packing lists) and send to stakeholders on schedule
Respond to email and phone inquiries from clients, carriers, and customs brokers; escalate exceptions to operations leads
Maintain electronic filing and document control to ensure easy retrieval and audit readiness
Coordinate pickups, delivery schedules, and status updates with carriers and third-party providers
Support invoicing and basic billing tasks by compiling supporting documentation and flagging discrepancies
