Responsibilities
Facilitate Agile ceremonies: daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
Manage sprint backlogs, velocity tracking, and release planning
Partner with technical leads to remove impediments and improve team performance
Coordinate engineering deliverables, requirements updates, and integration activities
Track program metrics and provide data-driven insights to stakeholders
Ensure alignment with program-level goals, milestones, and dependencies
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
Strong experience working in Agile software development environments
Advanced MS Excel skills (pivot tables, charts, data manipulation)
Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, etc.)
Ability to automate reporting through scripts or macros
Data analytics experience to support reporting and executive insights
Comfortable working with distributed, virtual teams
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
Preferred
Scrum Master or Agile certifications
Experience supporting large, complex technical platforms
Background in engineering, systems integration, or software delivery
