Planning, scheduling, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely completion within budget and quality standards
Coordinating with subcontractors
Managing logistics
Conducting inspections
Addressing any challenges that arise during the construction process
Working closely with clients and team members to ensure clear communication and alignment with the client's vision
Qualification
Required
Hands-on experience in Project Management and an understanding of the home construction process
Skills in Expediting and Expeditor tasks to ensure project timelines are met
Expertise in Inspection and ensuring quality standards are maintained throughout the project
Proficiency in Logistics Management to oversee materials, resources, and schedules
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to lead and work collaboratively with diverse teams, including subcontractors and clients
Familiarity with building codes and safety regulations
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field
Prior experience in residential construction project management is an advantage
