Postdoc positions are available to work in a highly interactive and energetic lab investigating non-canonical transcriptome regulatory mechanisms driving virus replication, oncogenesis and inflammatory responses in the human oncogenic virus, Epstein Barr virus
Approaches include a wide array of RNA and DNA sequencing methods (e.g. RNA-seq, CAGE-seq, GROSeq, eCLIP, Cut-n-run, HiC, single molecule sequencing, single cell sequencing), molecular biology assays, cell and animal manipulation, and the use of extensive publicly available, in-house developed, and new high throughput data analysis methods
