Head of Growth – Insurance Telehealth (Medicare CGM)
MindBodyCBT is focused on helping people with diabetes and prediabetes access insurance-covered CGM and coaching. The Head of Growth will be responsible for developing and executing a paid acquisition strategy to convert traffic into enrolled Medicare members, ensuring a smooth funnel from ad to onboarding.
Responsibilities
Turn paid traffic into enrolled Medicare members at scale
You are accountable for the full growth loop:
Paid acquisition strategy (Meta primary)
Funnel architecture: ad → intake → eligibility → onboarding
Cost per •enrolled, billable• patient (not leads, not clicks)
Weekly experimentation cadence
Tight feedback loops with insurance eligibility and ops
Scaling what works, killing what doesn’t
If CPA rises, you own it
If ops break conversion, you surface it and fix the loop
Qualification
Required
Scaled insurance-covered tele-health or chronic care
Hands-on experience with Meta ads and YouTube ads in regulated health
Lived through eligibility failures, drop-offs, denials
Built funnels where 'covered by insurance' is the wedge
Operated with claims lag and delayed revenue
You think in: CPA → LTV → payback period
