Human Resources Site Leader ($2000 Sign on Bonus!)

SoTalent is seeking an experienced Human Resources Site Leader to partner closely with business leadership and the HR Business Partner to deliver people strategies that drive engagement, performance, and operational success. This role plays a critical part in executing core HR programs, supporting leaders, and fostering an inclusive, high-performing workplace.

Staffing & Recruiting

Responsibilities

Partner with the HR Business Partner to execute core HR processes, including performance management, talent development, compensation, total rewards, and training initiatives
Coach and advise leaders and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
Support recruitment and workforce planning in collaboration with leadership and HR Centers of Excellence
Drive employee engagement initiatives and action planning to improve satisfaction and retention
Manage employee and labor relations, including investigations and conflict resolution
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and internal policies
Coordinate workers’ compensation and liability reporting and serve as liaison with external providers
Identify training needs and support development programs to enhance performance and professional growth
Promote and support an inclusive and diverse workplace culture

Required

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required
5+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role
Strong leadership, coaching, and people development skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Sound judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Ability to navigate complex employee relations matters with professionalism and discretion
Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to manage competing priorities
Ability to sit, stand, walk, and work at a computer for extended periods
Occasionally lift or move up to 20 lbs
Standard professional office environment

Preferred

5+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role preferred
PHR or SPHR certification preferred
Experience with HRIS platforms such as SAP, Workday, or similar systems preferred
