They are hiring a senior enterprise sales leader to own direct revenue relationships with pharmaceutical companies and CROs, focusing on partnerships across Clinical Operations, Patient Recruitment, and Medical Affairs.

Responsibilities
Own and close enterprise sales with:
Pharmaceutical sponsors
CROs
Medical Affairs, Clinical Operations, and Patient Recruitment teams
Sell outcome-based programs focused on:
Oncology patient engagement and education
Trial activation and readiness
Enrollment support initiatives
Run the full sales cycle:
Prospecting
Discovery
Deal structuring and pricing
Contract negotiation
Navigate complex pharma buying groups including:
Medical Affairs
Clinical
Procurement
Legal and compliance
Build and manage a high-quality enterprise pipeline
Work directly with executive leadership to shape pricing and go-to-market strategy
Qualification
Required
8+ years selling into pharma, biotech, or CROs
Personally closed enterprise contracts
Experience selling into one or more of: Medical Affairs, Clinical Operations, Patient Recruitment
Understands long sales cycles, procurement, and compliance
Can clearly differentiate medical, clinical, and commercial use cases
Wants ownership, accountability, and upside — not account maintenance
