Qualification
Required
Leadership and management skills, with a proven ability to guide teams and set strategic direction
Experience in financial planning, budgeting, and overseeing organizational performance
Knowledge of brand development, marketing strategies, and creative operations
Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively engage with internal teams, stakeholders, and community partners
Ability to make informed decisions, solve problems, and implement innovative strategies to drive growth
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Design, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus
Strong commitment to upholding the values of quality, creativity, and community
Preferred
Experience in the design, art, or marketing industries is highly desirable
