This senior commercial role focuses on expanding market share, building key customer relationships, and driving volume growth for the tissue product portfolio.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute the commercial strategy for Latin America to grow market share and business volume
Build strong partnerships with converters, distributors, and key accounts across the region
Identify and cultivate new opportunities across emerging and established markets
Monitor competitor activity, customer needs, and market trends to support strategic decisions
Work closely with head of region, global sales and operational teams to align on objectives and initiatives
Qualification
Required
Minimum 7–10 years in commercial roles within the tissue industry, ideally with jumbo rolls/parent rolls/converting rolls
Candidates with Away-from-Home or Consumer Tissue experience will also be considered
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building capabilities
Adaptable, hands-on, growth-oriented, and commercially driven
Comfortable managing a multi-country region and working in a fast-paced, international environment
Preferred
Understanding of B2C Tissue Finished Goods and customer expectations is highly preferred
