Responsibilities

Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and other AI tools to identify and build targeted prospect lists
Scrape and compile leads from Facebook Groups, Instagram, Reddit, and other platforms using PhantomBuster and similar tools
Enrich lead data with verified emails and phone numbers
Research and identify high-intent prospects in relevant online communities
Manage LinkedIn outreach campaigns using SalesRobot (connection requests, follow-ups, message sequences)
Run Instagram DM campaigns using ColdDMs or similar tools
Monitor and optimize outreach sequences for response rates
A/B test messaging and improve conversion rates over time
Qualify inbound responses and hand off warm leads for sales calls
Update and maintain CRM records in GoHighLevel
Track KPIs: connection requests sent, response rates, meetings booked
Provide weekly reports on campaign performance
Monitor relevant subreddits, Facebook Groups, and online communities for potential prospects
Engage authentically in conversations to build brand awareness
Flag high-intent leads for direct outreach

Required

1+ years experience in B2C lead generation or sales development
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn outreach tools (SalesRobot, Expandi, Dripify, or similar)
Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Familiarity with lead enrichment tools (Apollo, ZoomInfo, Hunter, or similar)
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage your own time
Based in Austin, TX or willing to relocate

Preferred

Experience with PhantomBuster or similar scraping tools
Experience with GoHighLevel or other CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce)
Experience with Instagram outreach tools (ColdDMs, AutoReacher)
Understanding of the small business, entrepreneurship, or franchise space
Experience targeting US-based prospects
