Responsibilities

Build and scale distributed systems that enable autonomous, intelligent operation across complex environments
Own features from initial design through deployment and ongoing iteration
Work directly with customers and internal stakeholders to translate real-world problems into production-ready solutions
Improve the scalability, reliability, and performance of core infrastructure
Propose and implement architectural and design improvements
Partner closely with product and design to deliver AI-powered user-facing experiences
Ship continuously in a high-velocity environment with frequent production deployments
Apply best practices in testing, observability, and CI/CD
Balance speed and quality while iterating quickly on live systems

Required

Strong ownership mindset with urgency and pragmatism
Ability to solve complex technical problems independently
Bias for action — you move from idea to implementation quickly
Solid understanding of system design and scalable architectures
1+ years of professional experience with programming languages
Willingness to work in person 4–5 days per week

Preferred

Experience with microservices and event-driven distributed systems
Exposure to machine learning systems or data-intensive applications
Experience building on AWS or other cloud platforms
