This role is responsible for leading supply planning processes and converting product strategy into executable supply chain plans while collaborating with various departments to drive informed decision-making.

Responsibilities
Lead the monthly One Number Planning / S&OP process for assigned regions
Develop and maintain advanced forecasting, demand, and capacity models
Translate trader, market, and operational insights into actionable supply plans
Incorporate asset capabilities and transportation constraints (rail, barge, truck) into scenarios
Identify risks, opportunities, and financial impacts to support business decisions
Build and enhance planning tools, dashboards, and analytical templates
Facilitate cross-functional alignment across Trading, Operations, Logistics, and Finance
Conduct network optimization and cost-to-serve analysis
Support capital investment business cases aligned to supply plans
Qualification
Required
4+ years' experience in Supply Chain, S&OP, Finance, Trading, Operations, or related analytical roles
Strong analytical and modeling skills with complex datasets
Advanced Excel proficiency; strong PowerPoint communication skills
Ability to translate complex analysis into clear, actionable recommendations
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional influencing skills
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or similar
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI)
Proven ability to lead planning discussions in matrixed environments
Strong organizational and project management skills
