Responsibilities
Supporting the management of client accounts
Processing documents such as approvals and bonds efficiently
Maintaining client relationships

Assisting with claims and renewals as necessary
Qualification
Required
Strong organizational, time management, and attention-to-detail skills to manage documents and ensure compliance
Effective interpersonal and communication abilities to maintain and develop client relationships
Proficiency in administrative tasks such as processing approvals, renewals, and claims management
Problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and clients
Proficiency in office software and tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite
Willingness and capability to work on-site in Ankeny, IA
Preferred
Knowledge or prior experience in the insurance or surety industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, finance, insurance, or a related field preferred
