Blueprint is an enterprise software company focused on regulated industries, particularly in Life Sciences and Federal verticals. They are seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to manage full-cycle sales efforts, target compliance-driven buyers, and contribute to the growth of the sales team.

Responsibilities

Own the full sales cycle for enterprise opportunities, from outbound prospecting through close
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities across key regulated verticals, especially Life Sciences
Run structured discovery and demo processes, aligning multiple stakeholders and mapping complex buying groups
Drive urgency in the deal cycle while maintaining alignment with procurement, compliance, and legal requirements
Partner with SDR and Marketing to convert top-of-funnel activity into qualified pipeline
Collaborate with the Head of Sales on deal strategy, forecasting, and sales process improvement
Contribute feedback to Marketing and Product based on buyer insights and objections heard in the field
Document activity, pipeline movement, and deal status clearly in the CRM, ensuring accurate forecasts
Travel as needed (up to ~30%) for in-person discovery, stakeholder alignment, and closing conversations

Required

5+ years sales experience and at least 3+ years of experience selling B2B SaaS solutions, with a track record of success in smaller, growth-stage environments
Proven ability to close complex enterprise deals ($50K–$200K+ ACV) with multiple stakeholders and long sales cycles
Strong outbound orientation — builds and manages pipeline across channels including cold outreach, events, and referrals
Comfortable selling into regulated industries (e.g., Life Sciences, Federal, Financial Services) and navigating compliance-driven sales processes
Able to manage deals independently, but open to feedback and partnership with leadership on strategy and execution
Strong written and verbal communication skills — clear, direct, and able to adapt messaging for technical and executive audiences
High accountability and follow-through: owns outcomes, meets deadlines, and takes full responsibility for their number
Based in Eastern or Central time zone, near a major airport; willing to travel ~30%+

Preferred

Experience in the Life Sciences vertical (Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Commercial) or similar regulated industries
