The role involves supporting the Product Owner in managing the product lifecycle, defining product features, and coordinating user acceptance testing.

Responsibilities
Support the Product Owner in managing the full product lifecycle
Define and document product features, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Stay informed on industry trends to guide the product roadmap
Identify product dependencies and cross-functional impacts
Serve as Product Owner proxy when needed
Coordinate and execute UAT with a customer-first mindset
Train internal teams on new features and updates
Manage third-party tools to enhance product capabilities
Conduct A/B tests and analyze results
Prepare data and support the Development Team during builds
Address requirement questions and analyze support trends
Help maintain platform stability through on-call rotations and defect triage
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Strong Agile user story and acceptance criteria skills
eCommerce/digital experience (retail preferred)
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills
Solid understanding of Agile processes
