Responsibilities
Develop and execute a regional sales strategy for Folding Carton/Folding Box Board (FBB)
Drive revenue growth across key accounts in the East US
Build and maintain strong relationships with printers, converters, and merchants
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in related segments
Lead pricing, volume, and service-level negotiations
Monitor market trends, customer activity, and competitor developments
Collaborate with global and regional teams to ensure top-tier customer support
Provide accurate sales forecasts and performance reporting to senior leadership
Qualification
Required
Minimum 7 years of sales experience in paperboard, folding carton, or related commodity packaging sectors
Established network of customers in the Eastern US (especially in converting, printing, and food packaging)
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and account management skills
Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and travel regionally
Fluency in English required
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Packaging, or a related field preferred
