Responsibilities
Conducting market research to identify trends, potential clients, and areas for growth
Qualifying leads
Preparing and presenting proposals
Making presentations
Hosting and attending networking events
Negotiating contracts
Collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure client needs are met effectively
Qualification
Required
Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and evaluate business opportunities
Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships
Experience in lead generation and developing strategies and processes for client acquisition
Proficiency in conducting market research and gathering competitive insights
Self-motivated, goal-oriented individual with the ability to work collaboratively within a team
A minimum of 5 years experience in business development, marketing, sales, or a related role in the A/E/C industry or Commercial Real Estate is advantageous
