Responsibilities
Analyzing, configuring, and implementing NetSuite solutions to optimize business processes
Identifying and documenting business requirements
Managing system performance
Troubleshooting issues
Recommending improvements
Collaborating with various departments to enhance operational efficiency through tailored ERP solutions
Managing IT infrastructure including website, email, cloud, and Microsoft products
Collaborating with Ecommerce, Finance, and Operations teams on special projects
Qualification
Required
Strong expertise in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and ERP Software implementation, with specific experience in NetSuite and Epicor ERP systems
Ability to write custom scripts or vibe code to improve NetSuite efficiency
Proficiency in Business Process Improvement and understanding of operational workflows
Solid Analytical Skills with the ability to assess and resolve system issues and improve efficiency
Experience in designing, analyzing, and improving Business Processes across diverse departments
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Ability to work efficiently in an on-site environment and manage multiple priorities
Must be able to pass a background check
Must be willing to travel up to 25% of the time
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field preferred
Relevant certifications in ERP systems and/or NetSuite are a plus
