They are seeking an Inside Sales Representative who will manage customer communication and follow-up processes, ensuring leads are converted into scheduled inspections and that homeowners are kept informed throughout the process.

Responsibilities
Set up initial inspections/appointments for office leads (qualify → schedule → confirm → reminders to maximize show rate)
Send templated inspection/damage reports to homeowners via text or email after inspections
Package and send estimate templates clearly and professionally (homeowner-friendly and on-brand)
Proactively communicate key timeline updates, including:
Build schedule
Material delivery timing
Reinforce our expectation-setting script so customers know what to expect
Track and obtain the Certificate of Completion (COC) promptly once a job is complete; send e-signature link if needed
Follow up with homeowners to confirm whether the final check has been received; coordinate a time for the Outside Rep to pick up payment if necessary
Drive our reputation process by getting homeowners to leave a review and owning the follow-up cadence: same-day, +3 days, +10 days
Maintain clean internal notes and status updates so the sales and production teams always know 'what’s next' (CRM/tools training provided)
Qualification
Required
Customer Communication: Confident and professional in phone calls, texts, and emails; comfortable guiding homeowners through next steps
Follow-Up Discipline: You do not let things sit—documents get signed, questions get answered, and customers get updated without being chased
Organization: Strong task management and prioritization in a fast-moving environment
Tech Comfort: Able to learn and use CRM systems, email/text tools, and e-sign platforms
Team Coordination: Able to work tightly with Outside Sales and Production to keep jobs progressing smoothly
Preferred
Experience Preferred: Inside sales, appointment setting, customer service, scheduling/dispatch, or home services office experience
