Responsibilities
Supporting enterprise GIS platforms across Tier 1 through Tier 3
Enhancing existing systems using Python, AngularJS, ArcGIS JavaScript API, and C#
Deploying and administering ArcGIS Enterprise components
Managing portals, servers, roles, privileges, and access permissions
Monitoring performance, tuning services, and identifying issues early
Publishing GIS services and supporting live production environments
Troubleshooting complex incidents raised by business users
Working alongside security teams, DBAs, and server support functions
Providing structured updates through ticketing and reporting channels
Contributing to on-call rotations with flexible coverage windows
Qualification
Required
5–10 years supporting and administering ArcGIS platforms
Strong experience with ArcFM applications
Proven development skills across Python, AngularJS, ArcGIS JS API, and .NET
Hands-on ArcGIS Enterprise deployment experience
Confidence with system monitoring and performance optimisation
Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical teams
