Qualification
Required
Active Real Estate License
Proficiency in Residential Real Estate and general Real Estate knowledge
Experience in New Home Sales and overall Sales expertise
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
Ability to work independently and remotely while managing multiple tasks
Preferred
Familiarity with the Georgia, North Carolina, and South Carolina real estate markets
