Responsibilities
Teach live, instructor-led online QuickBooks classes (after training)
Help translate live class material into self-paced modules by recording segments, clarifying explanations, and creating quizzes and tests
Provide one-on-one customer help sessions to ensure clients feel supported and confident
Learn our curriculum and tools deeply so you can guide students effectively
Communicate clearly, patiently, and professionally with customers at all skill levels
Maintain high standards of accuracy, empathy, and responsiveness
Collaborate with our team to improve course materials, teaching methods, and student experiences
Qualification
Required
Strong intelligence and fast learning ability
Excellent communication skills
Solid work ethic and reliability
A genuinely helpful, customer-oriented mindset
Comfort presenting or teaching in live settings
Ability to work well remotely and stay organized
Preferred
Experience teaching, tutoring, coaching, or presenting is helpful but not required
