Partner Marketing Manager

They are seeking an experienced Partner Marketing Manager responsible for planning and executing partner-focused marketing initiatives that drive partner engagement and joint go-to-market success.

Responsibilities

Manage a set of named partners to develop their co-marketing plan
Work directly with the partner to understand their business goals and focus
Mange the MDF that is available to achieve the business outcomes of the co-marketing plan
Execute the co-marketing plan in coordination with the Partner’s marketing team
Help the partner to develop their campaigns and supporting activities. Some of the activities will be customer facing
Manage co-partner hosted events and digital marketing efforts. Manage sponsoring Partner's events
Plan and execute partner marketing initiatives, including partner events, field activations, webinars, and joint campaigns
Manage partner events end-to-end, including logistics, vendors, budgets, timelines, and post-event reporting
Support MDF and co-marketing programs, including campaign planning, execution, and performance tracking
Collaborate closely with Partner, Sales, and Marketing teams to align partner initiatives with GTM priorities
Develop and maintain partner-facing marketing assets such as presentations, event kits, and campaign toolkits
Track and report on partner marketing performance, including engagement, pipeline influence, and ROI
Serve as a primary point of contact for marketing-related partner requests, ensuring timely and polished delivery

Required

5–7+ years of experience in partner marketing or field marketing for a high-tech company
Experience directly managing a named set of partners to develop and execute co-marketing plans
Proven experience managing partner events and joint GTM initiatives
Strong understanding of partner ecosystems, channel marketing, and MDF programs
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities with minimal oversight
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Partnerships, and Marketing teams
Strong project management and reporting skills
Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environments

Preferred

Global experience is a strong plus
