Responsibilities

Lead and oversee all daily operations, including warehousing, logistics, sales, purchasing, and customer service

Design, implement, and document operational systems, workflows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)

Bring structure to a growing organization by establishing clear roles, responsibilities, and performance expectations

Coach and develop supervisors and team members; establish accountability at all levels

Improve inventory accuracy, material flow, and service levels as demand increases

Partner with ownership, sales, purchasing, and finance to align operations with growth goals

Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and risks, and implement practical, scalable solutions

Ensure safety, compliance, and consistent execution across operations

Support budgeting, forecasting, and operational planning
