Responsibilities
Build and improve the Eco-governance system and platform tools to ensure stability and efficiency
Develop a user inform mechanism and education strategy to create a community atmosphere, and to enhance the content quality
Design identification and governance strategies, optimize ecology issues in main and sub-scenarios of livestream to support the development of the LIVE business
Collaborate with teams such as algorithms, strategies, and operations to optimize the ecology governance moderation process, to improve moderation efficiency and quality
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in content moderation, ecological governance, audit backend, and similar governance product roles
Product design and business understanding capabilities
able to identify and address issues through data or processes and drive solutions
logical thinking ability
effective communication on critical issues during cross-team collaboration and driving implementation
Preferred
Passionate about content products
project management experience
able to grasp various demands and integrate resources to achieve cross-departmental cooperation
