Business Development Executive (Commission‑Only) – CRM & Software Consulting
Nidish Technologies is expanding its US presence and looking for a driven Business Development Executive with hands-on experience in software consulting sales, especially within CRM platforms. The role involves identifying opportunities, building relationships, and acquiring clients for CRM implementation and automation services.
Responsibilities
Identify, engage, and acquire new clients seeking CRM solutions (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.)
Promote Nidish’s CRM consulting, onboarding, automation, and custom development services
Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified prospects across SMBs and mid‑market companies
Represent Nidish in client conversations with clarity, confidence, and professionalism
Collaborate with our technical and leadership team to ensure smooth handoff and project success
Drive revenue growth through strategic outreach, networking, and relationship‑building
Qualification
Required
Must reside in the United States
Proven experience in software consulting or IT services sales
Strong understanding of CRM ecosystems - HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho, or similar
Existing network or ability to generate leads independently
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on results
Comfortable working on a commission-only structure
