Mid LevelH15DEN is looking for a graphic designer who understands that design is a form of communication. The role involves creating visuals that align with brand goals across various digital and physical platforms while collaborating with teams to solve real problems.
Responsibilities
Design high-quality assets for social media, web, marketing campaigns, and internal use
Translate brand guidelines into consistent, effective visuals
Collaborate with marketing, product, or content teams to solve real problems—not just 'make it look nice'
Iterate quickly based on feedback without taking it personally
Manage multiple projects without missing deadlines
Qualification
Required
Strong portfolio that shows thinking, not just aesthetics
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); Figma is a plus
Solid understanding of typography, layout, color, and visual hierarchy
Ability to take direction and improve work without hand-holding
Attention to detail—sloppy work won't slide here
Preferred
Motion design or basic video editing experience
Experience designing for multiple platforms and formats
Familiarity with brand systems and style guides
