Responsibilities
Collaborate with attorneys, finance leaders, and business development to analyze and develop pricing proposals
Build and maintain financial models for AFAs, rate structures, and profitability analysis
Monitor budgets, track matter performance, and provide variance and trend analyses
Evaluate rate structures, discounts, and realization trends to identify profit opportunities
Develop pricing dashboards and reporting tools to support data-driven decisions
Support continuous improvement of pricing strategies, reporting, and client value initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Analytics
2+ years of experience in financial analysis, pricing, or profitability—preferably in a law firm or professional services setting
Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling and visualization
Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across functions and with firm leadership
