Customer Success Manager (PWA/IRA/Davis Bacon Compliance) - Remote
Four Pillars Talent is a well-funded, fast-growing startup that is building an AI platform to simplify prevailing wage and apprenticeship compliance for energy, infrastructure, and construction projects. They are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Customer Success Manager to serve as the primary client contact, guiding customers through onboarding and ongoing usage of their compliance platform while ensuring successful audits and improving the product based on customer feedback.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary client contact, translating compliance requirements into clear next steps
Guide customers through onboarding + ongoing usage of an AI-driven compliance platform
Coordinate key workflows, including payroll and subcontractor documentation collection to support successful audits
Track progress, monitor documentation, and help generate accurate reporting for stakeholders
Proactively identify potential compliance risks and partner internally to resolve issues
Share customer feedback to improve the product and user experience
Qualification
Required
2+ years in a detail-oriented, client-facing role (Customer Success, Account Management, Implementation, Operations, Compliance, etc.)
Strong organization, communication, and follow-through
Comfortable learning new tools quickly and operating independently
Ability to juggle multiple client projects without dropping details
Prevailing wage / apprenticeship exposure
Familiarity with the Davis-Bacon Act (DBA) / Inflation Reduction Act (IRA)
Experience supporting construction, infrastructure, renewable energy, or other 'real-world' industries
Prior compliance ERP implementation experience with similar systems like LCPtracker is beneficial
