This role involves preparing financial statements, managing cash operations, and coordinating with external auditors, all while supporting high-net-worth families through sophisticated financial strategies.

Responsibilities

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and other ad hoc financial reports

Perform account reconciliations and ensure accuracy across all ledgers

Manage cash operations, including liquidity monitoring, forecasting, and debt compliance

Oversee and process bill payments and expense tracking

Support investment funding activities and maintain relevant documentation

Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors by preparing requested schedules and data

Provide administrative and analytical support to internal team members as needed

Maintain organized records and documentation in line with firm standards and regulatory requirements
