Senior LevelLucia is the first hybrid accounting-software company designed specifically for content creators. They are seeking a part-time Advisor - Lawyer with thorough knowledge of Delaware law to provide expert legal counsel and ensure compliance with Delaware corporate and business law.

Responsibilities
Provide expert legal counsel, primarily related to compliance with Delaware corporate and business law
Review legal documents
Provide risk assessments
Offer strategic guidance to the company
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure legal adherence in business operations and structuring
Qualification
Required
Extensive knowledge and experience with Delaware business and corporate law
Strong analytical and research skills for legal document review and advising on complex legal matters
Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills
Ability to provide actionable, clear, and practical legal advice
Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active legal license
Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting
Preferred
Previous experience advising startups or SaaS companies is a plus
Strong understanding of intellectual property laws and financial regulations is beneficial
