Responsibilities
Manage daily operations of assigned ICF home(s) to ensure quality, person-centered services
Supervise, train, schedule, and support direct care staff
Provide direct care coverage as needed to meet staffing ratios
Ensure compliance with ICF licensing requirements and HBI policies
Oversee program implementation, documentation, and audits
Coordinate recreation, community involvement, and IDT participation
Manage household budgets, purchasing, and individual finances
Report incidents, assist with investigations, and support licensing compliance
Serve as liaison with families, guardians, case managers, and community partners
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in health or human services or a related field
1+ years of supervisory experience in a human services setting
Minimum 1 year direct care experience
Valid Minnesota driver's license with an acceptable record
Strong knowledge of state licensing rules, DWRS funding, and disability services
Excellent leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills
Supervising: 3 years (Required)
Ability to Commute: Plymouth, MN 55441 (Required)
