Responsibilities
Hunt down top talent for warehouse, assembly, forklift, production, and skilled trades roles like welders, industrial electricians, and equipment maintenance technicians
Build relationships with candidates, clients, trade schools, and community organizations. Networking is our superpower
Interview like a pro and create candidate profiles that wow clients and show off each applicant’s skills
Partner with a Subject Matter Expert to learn more about versatile skill sets and expand your expertise with specialized, niche positions
Coordinate everything from interviews to offers to onboarding — you’re the glue that keeps it all together
Stay ahead of the curve by maintaining a strong pipeline of ready-to-go talent
Track your progress in the ATS like a champ, because organized = unstoppable
Qualification
Required
2+ years in recruiting or staffing, preferably in light industrial, skilled trades, or high-volume environments
You're a people person — communication and relationship-building are second nature
You love a good challenge and stay cool under pressure
Strong attention to detail and time management = your secret weapons
Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office and familiar with ATS platforms like Bullhorn or SmartSearch
You're adaptable, fast-moving, and always ready to switch gears when priorities shift
Willing to work on weekends when needed
Preferred
Experience in automotive manufacturing, production, or other industrial sectors
Creative sourcing skills — you know how to find purple squirrels
Familiarity with contract/project-based recruitment (especially traveling roles)
Basic knowledge of labor laws and safety regulations — we like brains and hustle
