Regional Sales Manager
KDX America is seeking a passionate Territory Sales Manager responsible for growing assigned accounts and developing new prospects. The role involves achieving sales objectives, promoting products, and maintaining customer relationships.

Responsibilities
Achieve territory sales operational objectives by contributing territory sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; resolving problems; identifying trends; implementing change
Promote the company’s products to existing customers and prospects
Meet territory sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions
Promptly respond to customer requests
Maintain and expand customer base; building and maintaining rapport with key customers; identifying new customer opportunities
Recommend product lines by identifying new product opportunities, and/or product, packaging, and service changes; surveying consumer needs and trends; tracking competitors
Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks
Prepare sales reports and submits them to management
Qualification
Required
5 years experience selling in the plastics or printing industry
Proven sales success; Organized territory management skills
Must be able to pass a background check and be willing to sign a non-compete agreement upon hire
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Knowledge of Thermal Lamination Films industry is a plus
Technical skills are a plus
