Responsibilities
Work closely with data analysts, data scientists, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and understand their data needs
Transform raw data into clean, organized, and analytics-ready datasets using SQL, Python, or other relevant languages
Contribute to data workflow including data ingestion, transformation, modeling, and validation to enable data-driven decision-making
Utilizes modern data tools and technologies such as dbt, Airflow, and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP
Clearly communicates complex technical concepts and data insights to non-technical stakeholders
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a Bachelors (BS/BA) or Masters (MS/MA) degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics or Computer Science
You must be a student enrolled in an accredited college during the duration of the internship
Specifically, a rising Junior or Senior level undergraduate student or graduate student
Ability to manipulate and analyze data to address and solve business problems
Familiarity with data manipulation using SQL, Python, or similar languages
A passion for learning and development
Willingness to independently learn and make an impact within a team environment
Self-motivated, an excellent problem solver and a quick learner
Good verbal and written communication skills
Preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
